Norma Campbell is a licensed psychotherapist, author, seminar leader, and keynote speaker.
For more than twenty years, she has been helping people in her private practice to decrease and manage their anxiety and to live their best life. She has also helped many people decrease and manage their anxiety through her talks, Course, and seminars.
Her passion for helping as many people as possible to decrease and manage their anxiety, so they can enjoy their life more than ever comes from Norma’s own struggle with major anxiety and panic attacks, until she came up with 33Effective Ways to decrease and manage her own anxiety.
